Outstanding Customer Service

I ordered a Yasaka Mark V table-tennis bat from Jarvis Sports with a 5-7 day delivery schedule. On day 4, I emailed to ask if the delivery could be accelerated so I could use the bat to play in a local tournament. Jon rang immediately and emailed me after and explained that there was a delivery delay from Sweden but he could personally make-up the bat for me that day with the blade and rubbers in stock and send it out for next day delivery. He asked about my style of play and offered to custom make it accordingly and it was duly delivered the next morning. The bat performs amazingly and I’m very grateful for Jon’s outstanding customer service and going way above the extra mile to satisfy his customers. Thank you, Jon and Jarvis Sports!
