Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be directed to the secure server.
Confirmation of Your Order:
When we receive your order, we will email you to confirm that we have received and accepted your order. Once we have accepted your order a contract will be made between us. We will send a receipt with your goods that will also act as an invoice unless you specifically request a separate invoice.
Shipping and Handling:
Our shipping and handling is from £3.99 on all items shipped within the UK. We do ship abroad current prices are indicated at point of sale depending on your zone.
We aim to deliver your order within 2 – 4 working days and OVERSEAS delivery is aimed for within 7 – 10 working days. We will keep you updated on your order and may place it on back order if stock is unavailable. You have the right to cancel your order if this is not suitable for you. We will email you once your order has been despatched; usually by Royal Mail 48 or DPD.
We use PayPal and Sagepay internet payment processing systems to handle our customer’s payments. PayPal and Sagepay maintain a security systems to protect customers from unauthorised use of their credit and debit cards. Unlike the vast majority of internet payment processing systems, PayPal and Sagepay never pass on your credit card details to the merchant – we do not see any details of the card that you use to make your purchases. Most credit card fraud arises where card details have been copied by staff in shops and restaurants that then use the card details to make fraudulent purchases.
Descriptions and Liability:
All product descriptions and specifications are supplied in good faith whether they originate with us or with our suppliers. All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability information are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you and offer an alternative for you to view. We will not post alternatives to you until we get the go ahead from you the customer. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. We recommend you use an insured method of posting such as recorded delivery by Royal mail, we are not responsible for returns parcels which are lost or damaged in the post. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Except when an item arrives damaged, you are responsible for all costs relating to the return of any item.
All damaged items must be reported on receipt. We will then provide you with the address to return the package to and will send a replacement out as soon as possible.
