I was guided by John at Jarvis Sports towards the most amazing set up, and I’m so glad I listened to him!

I was looking for a controlled rubber offering increased power, speed and spin on the forehand side for looping and smashing; in addition, I was hoping for a good solution to further develop my backhand skills, without compromising on my consistency on either side.

John advised me to select Donic Bluestorm Pro Am for my intended blade – a Donic OFF+ Persson World Champion 89, having already used other blades from the Donic 1989 World Champion series family to good effect and wanting to progress to something slightly faster. The Persson WC89 offers considerable spin potential and power without any loss of control, as well as a very large sweet spot. John also recommended Yasaka Rakza Z on the backhand side for a very controlled and extraordinarily high spin hybrid rubber solution.

I can’t tell you just how well these rubbers have paired with this blade! I’m so grateful to John for his exceptional advice and friendly support, which immediately led to considerable improvement in my game, despite already playing at a fairly high level!

Excellent service
Ordered on-line Saturday at 5.30pm a blade and two Rubbers to be made up which I needed by Tuesday as I had broken my bat.
Nothing was too trouble for John who checked stock and sent the bat out for Tuesday.
If you want top customer service then order from Jarvis Sports. I will definitely use again.

Products arrived in good condition and much quicker than i was expecting. Brilliant pricing too.

I rang up and spoke to Jon regarding a new bat after a chat we decided on what would be best, after the chat i ordered the bat online Tuesday and the bat was made up and delivered to me all made up on Thursday.

Called in ~4pm to ask for some advice regarding some rubbers I wanted to purchase, John answered and instead of giving me a “you’re good to go” he took me through the whole process of installing said rubbers on my more expensive blade, small details and all. Was a pleasant surprise and help much appreciated. Definitely will do business here again!

I ordered a Yasaka Mark V table-tennis bat from Jarvis Sports with a 5-7 day delivery schedule. On day 4, I emailed to ask if the delivery could be accelerated so I could use the bat to play in a local tournament. Jon rang immediately and emailed me after and explained that there was a delivery delay from Sweden but he could personally make-up the bat for me that day with the blade and rubbers in stock and send it out for next day delivery. He asked about my style of play and offered to custom make it accordingly and it was duly delivered the next morning. The bat performs amazingly and I’m very grateful for Jon’s outstanding customer service and going way above the extra mile to satisfy his customers. Thank you, Jon and Jarvis Sports!

I could choose from a very wide range of products in Jarvis Sports site. It had everything I needed. I got products delivered in record time. The experience was made even better by Jon’s personal touch. I got texts and emails from Jon on delivery status when I needed something urgently. I’m absolutely delighted to have received a Donic Compact 25 table in time for the summer holidays. I was told by several other suppliers that these weren’t currently available but Jon sorted one out for me in only a few days, and at a competitive price. He was available by phone and email throughout the process and didn’t promise anything he couldn’t deliver or take the order before he was sure it could go ahead. Like having a friend in the business.

I have just bought an outdoor table and robot. Anyone who has tried to buy a table recently will know that this is almost impossible, but Jon at Jarvis Sports gave me accurate and realistic promise dates. He was always available by phone when I requested updates and better still he fulfilled the order ahead of time. I’m really pleased with the Donic Outdoor Roller 1000 table and the Newgy 2055 robot. Great to be up and playing again!
